Livery

There are stables for 80 privately owned horses and ponies. A full livery services is offered to owners who do not have the time themselves. Owners who are able to commit time and effort can take d.i.y stable space and storage from us. Schooling livery can be provided by arrangement.

We have a range of boxes both within our two American style barn stables and in smaller outbuildings. Many boxes have their own built in stores cupboards for feed and equipment. There are other storage facilities available for boxes without built in storage. 2 alarmed tack rooms are available plus rest rooms and toilet facilities.

Trailer and lorry parking is also available for clients.

Hay from the estate is for sale to clients at very reasonable prices.

Turnout

There is 90 acres of turnout available for clients all year round in daylight hours. This is divided into 8 paddocks with horses and ponies generally being separated by gender.


Outdoor Manege

We have two floodlit manages surfaced with silica sand ( one with mixed rubber). These are used for schooling and coaching as well as for show jumping and dressage events during the summer months. We have a full set of show jumps plus some cross country fences.

Lunge ring

We have a floodlit sand surfaced lunge ring which is available to clients for schooling.

Coaching and Schooling

Basic help is available for the novice rider and for the more advanced competition rider. Coaching with David Arthur BHSI to a very high standard. Schooling is done by Liz Peacock, who is a very successful competition rider and producer of young horses. There are currently 20 competition horses in residence to Grade A show jumpers and medium dressage. We also have trainees being prepared for professional qualifications.

Hacking

Very pleasant on site hacking on headlands and through woods on a 650 acre private estate. Further common land is available across one road so there is little need to go on public roads. We have many very happy and safe hackers resident.
